New Features

  • Security Enhancements - The Gen10 servers have exceptional security enhancements with HPE Secure Compute Lifecycle, which includes firmware protection, malware detection, and firmware recovery. If there is a discovery of a threat and the firmware has been compromised, the server will enter a recovery mode where you can restore the firmware to a previously authenticated state and quickly get your server operational again.
  • Persistent Memory - Equipped with HPE’s HPE Gen10 ProLiant Servers new persistent memory technology, the Gen10 servers will have a higher capacity NVDIMM to power through demanding workloads. Persistent Memory combines the performance of memory with the persistence of traditional storage. The latest generation of persistent memory delivers twice the capacity than the first generation at 16GB NVDIMM. It also provides double the performance and half the latency.
  • Intelligent System Tuning - Intelligent System Tuning is a new technology in the Gen10 servers that allows customers to adjust the performance of the processors, whether that is increasing or decreasing performance, to match the unique needs of each workload to save on energy. It levels and balances frequency fluctuation, and enables higher performance across fewer processors.
